Anticorruption and fraud

Norwegian Red Cross is a non-profit humanitarian organisation with zero tolerance policy toward fraud, waste and abuse.

The whistle blower hotline is a method for reporting conduct that may be unethical, illegal, a waste of resources, or in violation of professional standards.

  • All reports submitted will be treated confidentially and will be given careful attention.
  • If you request to remain anonymous we will respect your request, however it will be helpful in our investigation if you include yourname and contact information. The identity of whistle blowers will be kept confidential.
  • We encourage the public to report concerns regarding unethical or illegal behavior, and will not permit discrimination or retaliation of any kind for good faith reports of illegal or unethical behavior.

Fraudulent e-mail which appears to have been sent fromThe Norwegian Red Cross and other humanitarian agencies, are in constant circulation.  Do not respond to these e-posts and delete them.  If in doubt, and you are concerned about an e-post you are received, please contact the internal audit department.
